Shipping and Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days.

However, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local postal service delays

  • Periods of high shipping demand

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20–25 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment, especially while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance.
